Job Description

Do you have an eye for detail, enjoy working in Excel, and are driven to deliver high-quality data? On behalf of our client, we are now looking for structured and communicative data administrators who want to help ensure the accuracy of large information flows. In the role of data administrator, you will work at the heart of our client's data collection. Your task is to collect, process, and ensure the quality of information that forms the basis for important surveys. You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration and precision are key principles.

Responsibilities

• Data Processing: Review and coding of response data as well as administrative work related to mailings, print orders, and handling of respondent pages.
• Contact & Support: Manage ongoing contacts with respondents and provide guidance as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Document work processes, update routines, and compile data from the collection process.
• Development: Participate in improvement efforts by suggesting development needs for products and surveys and contribute to the implementation of new tools.
• Knowledge Sharing: Introduce and train new colleagues in specific surveys and work tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder. You have the ability to create trust both internally within the team and in contact with external parties. As conditions can change quickly, you need to be flexible, able to prioritize, and enjoy switching between different types of tasks.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed high school education.
• At least three years of work experience.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
• Experience in advising companies, the public sector, or organizations in advisory situations.
• Very good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
